Last 7 Days Body Graph

Navigate to the Profile tab and select Statistics to access in-depth training volume data. At the top, you will see a graph from the past seven days that shows when you’ve worked out. Below is a muscle group workout chart displaying the body parts you’ve trained in this period.

Body Distribution

Tap the workout muscle diagram to access additional information in the Body distribution section, which you can also access from the menu under Advanced statistics > Muscle distribution (Body).

This section displays the training volume per muscle group as total sets. Unlike the information displayed in the last seven-day graph, this data is limited to the current calendar week.

You can tap the arrows on both sides of the date range at the top to get an overview of your training volume from week to week.

The icon on the top right allows you to share the overview of any given training week on social media:

WORK OUT. TRACK PROGRESS. SOCIALIZE.

Best workout tracking app

This is by far my favorite workout tracking app. You can tell that the creators work out themselves because they know how important it is to be able to label drop sets, failure sets, supersets, etc. It allows me to track everything I need. When if it’s been a while since I did an exercise I can easily take a look at my history.

Kept Me Accountable

I have been using this app since January. I love it. It’s the thing that had kept me in the gym this year because it helps me see results. I love how it syncs with my watch and I can input the weight and reps on my watch or phone. I appreciate that it supplies workouts for different splits so I don’t need to pay for a trainer. I love how it holds the last rep and weight from the previous time I did the exercise.

Really helpful illustrations

My focus now is on building functional strength to avoid injuries as I age. Coming back to lifting as an adult with moderate gym anxiety, the Hevy app has helped me track progress on my weights and allowed me to make intelligent choices about increasing the amount I’m lifting. I really appreciate the illustrations and animations that help me learn new movements.

The graph overviews your workout consistency and the muscles you’ve trained in the past seven days. In contrast, the body distribution tab shows workout data for individual calendar weeks.
It displays a muscle group workout chart with all the body parts you’ve trained labeled in blue. Below, you can see the training volume per muscle group. The data is displayed individually for each week.
The Set count per muscle group tab under Advanced statistics shows your training volume per muscle group. The data is displayed on a graph, and you can choose what muscles to show or hide. Additionally, you can filter and segment the information––for example, weekly data from the last 30 days or monthly data from the last year.
Navigate to the body distribution section (tap the muscle diagram under the Last 7 days body graph or Muscle distribution (Body) under Advanced statistics), select the week you want to share, and tap the upward arrow icon on the top right. You can share an overview on social media or generate and send a link elsewhere outside Hevy.
