Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload.

Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

The Hevy app is the best fitness tracker because it makes it easy to create and log a workout. As you log workouts, it creates progression graphs to help monitor your progress. Be inspired and connect with the supportive community!
Logging your fitness into the Hevy app is easy. You can log a workout from scratch, create your workout routine or use a pre-made one. Add or organize the exercises; add the sets, weight, and rep. Once completed, tap the checkmark and move to the next set or exercise.
The ability to track your measurement in a fitness app is beneficial because it allows you to see how your body changes over time. Tap the ‘measurements’ button on the profile screen, then select ‘+’ in the top right-hand corner. Input your measurements and save.
