Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload. 



Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

It is easy to log workouts in the Hevy app. You can log a workout from scratch, create a routine, or use a pre-made one. Input the number of sets, reps, and weight for each exercise, and when each set is complete, tap the checkmark on the right-hand side.
Hevy tracks lots of data from your workouts, such as statistics for average workout volume, reps, duration, and rest days per week. There is also a muscle split graph to see how often you hit each muscle group, and each exercise will have data on how you progress over time.
