Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload. 



Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

Hevy is excellent for tracking workouts because it makes it easy to create, log and track workouts. You can track your progress with the many graphs and statistics available. Like, comment, and share with other athletes’ in the supportive community.
Being able to create custom exercise routines is simple with the Hevy app. Tap ‘New Routine’, add the desired exercises, and organize them in the order you want. Add sets, reps, weight, notes, and rest timers. Once satisfied with your routine, tap ‘Save,’ and you can perform or edit the routine whenever you want.
Create a custom exercise on Hevy easily. Tap ‘Create’ on the exercises screen, then fill in all the exercise information (name, type, equipment, and muscles used) and add a picture. Once all the information is filled in, tap ‘Save.’
