Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload.

Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

The Hevy app offers many features to help log and monitor your lifting progress. The app lets you create and log custom workouts to keep track of your weightlifting. Get encouragement from the supportive Hevy community.
Begin a pre-made or empty workout. Rearrange the exercises as desired. Add sets, reps, weight, notes, and rest times. As you complete each exercise, tap the check mark and move to the next exercise or set.
To create a custom exercise on the Hevy app, tap the ‘create’ button on the top right-hand side of the ‘exercises’ screen. Fill in the details about the exercise (Name, Types, Equipment, Muscles Used) and tap ‘save.’
