Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload. 



Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

It is simple and fast to log a strength training workout on the Hevy app. You can log a workout from scratch, create your own workout routine or use a pre-made one. Start by inputting the number of sets and reps, then add the weight of each set. Once you have completed the set, tap the checkmark on the right-hand side of the screen.
Creating a custom exercise in a strength training app like Hevy is highly beneficial when logging workouts because it lets you control what exercise is added and how it is logged. To create a custom exercise, tap the ‘Create’ button at the top of the exercise page. Fill out the details listed (add an image, exercise name, type of exercise, equipment used, and the primary/secondary muscle groups being worked), then tap ‘Save.’
