Log Your Workout
Logging your workout on Hevy is intuitive and fast. Choose exercises from the extensive exercise library or create custom exercises. Rearrange the exercises, then add the number of sets, weight, and reps. Tap the checkmark to complete each set.
Track Your Progress
Tracking your progress with a workout logger can be beneficial because it can keep you motivated and on track to reaching your goals. The Hevy app contains many graphs and statistics informing you of your progress. Get notified when you have achieved a personal best in weight or number of reps.
Create Custom Exercises
Creating custom exercises on a workout logger is essential because you should be able to log all exercises/activities to get accurate data. It is easy to create custom exercises on the Hevy app; tap ‘create’ on the exercise screen and add all the exercise data (image, name, type, equipment, and muscle groups.)
