Logging your workout on Hevy is intuitive and fast. Choose exercises from the extensive exercise library or create custom exercises. Rearrange the exercises, then add the number of sets, weight, and reps. Tap the checkmark to complete each set.

Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload. 



Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

Hevy is a great workout logger because it is intuitive and contains an extensive exercise library and the ability to create custom exercises. You can connect with friends and other athletes to help keep each other motivated.
Prepare to log a workout on Hevy by creating a routine before heading to the gym. Create a routine on Hevy by selecting ‘New Routine’ on the workout page. Start by adding a title, then add all the desired exercises, sets/ weight, rest timer, and estimated reps. Once you have completed the routine, tap ‘Save.’
Logging workouts on Hevy is intuitive and fast. You can log workouts from scratch, create a routine, or use a pre-made one. Input the number of sets, weight, and reps for each exercise, and tap ‘save.’ Your workout will be saved and shared on the workout feed page.
