Creating Workout Routines 

Create a routine fast and easily. Tap ‘new routine’ on the workout screen, then add the exercises, number of sets, weight, and reps. Select ‘save’ at the top right-hand corner. When you are ready to log a workout, tap ‘start routine,’ log your workout, and the app will notify you whenever you hit a personal best in a workout.

Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload. 



Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

The Hevy app is the best workout app because it is easy to use and intuitive. You can create routines, log them, and track how you improve over time with the many insightful graphs and statistics.
Creating custom exercises is highly beneficial because it allows you to track all of your physical activity in the app. To create a custom exercise, tap ‘create’ at the top right-hand corner of the exercises screen. Add in all the exercise details (name, type, equipment, and muscle groups), then tap ‘save.’
Hevy is the best app for logging workouts because it lets you start an empty workout and log as you go or use a pre-made routine. If you used a pre-made routine, tap ‘start routine,’ then log your reps as you go. When starting an empty routine, you will log the exercise, sets, reps, and weight as you progress through your workout.
