Recently made the swap from pen and paper for tracking + planning my workouts and it’s been great. I especially like that it calculates your total volume lifted, gives a graphical representation of your training and remembers your last sessions so you can progressively overload. 



Great App for tracking workouts

Have been using this app since 6-7 months. It’s easy to use, simple and well designed. You can store up to 4 routines in the free version and tracking is unlimited. Would highly recommend. Happy Workout!

Logging exercises can be beneficial when monitoring your workout progress because it gives you data that will motivate you to keep on track with your goals. You will be able to see every time you hit a personal best on sets or reps and how far you have comes since the beginning.
It is simple to log an exercise on Hevy. Select the exercise you desire, then add the number of sets you would like to complete; add the weight and reps for each set. As you complete each set, tap the check mark on the right side.
To create a custom exercise on Hevy, you must tap the ‘Create’ on the exercises screen. Fill out the details listed (add an image, exercise name, type of exercise, equipment used, and the primary/secondary muscle groups being worked), then tap ‘Save.’
