1. When logging a barbell exercise, select the weight and input the desired amount.

2. Tap the Calculator button that appears above the keyboard.

3. Select all the available plates and the bar you are using (will highlight in blue when selected).

4. The calculator will show you the correct plate arrangement to achieve the desired weight.

Example:
The weight you would like to lift: 50 lbs
Select the following:
Plates Available: 35, 25, 10, 5
Bar Weight: 20 lbs
Results:
10 lb plate + 5 lb plate on each side of a 20-lb bar to get 50 lbs.
