1. Add the desired exercises to your workout.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right-hand corner of an exercise.

3. Select + Add to Superset.

4. Tap the exercise you would like to add to the superset.

5. For the next exercise you want to add to the superset, tap the three dots at the top right-hand corner.

6. Select + Add to Superset, and the list of exercises will appear.

7. Tap one of the exercises already in the superset, and it will add the third exercise to the superset.

8. Repeat steps 5-7 to add multiple exercises to the same superset.
