Our social workout tracker app lets athletes track their workouts, analyse their progress, and be a part of a growing community of athletes. We’re looking for

We’re looking for an SEO & Growth Manager to join the team, who will help us scale and take Hevy to the next level of growth. We want to 10X! This position is going to involve a lot of SEO and experimentation on different marketing channels, including paid, organic, and product led growth.

We want someone who will come onboard and help us define a growth strategy and experimentation framework with the ability to execute on it, and be creative and excited to find new opportunities. Our site is already bringing in lots of traffic, we want to grow it to the moon! We also want to grow and optimize our other marketing channels and funnels to scale Hevy.

Your qualities

  • Excited to learn, be scrappy, experiment and try marketing channels.
  • +2 years experience in SEO, content marketing, linkbuilding
  • Interest in other areas of digital marketing: Paid FB/TikTok ads, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Youtube, Product Growth
  • Comfortable with disagreement. Not afraid to push your ideas but also able to compromise when needed.
  • Capable of building, managing and scaling a marketing team.
  • It’d be great if you have worked with mobile apps and understand their unique acquisition challenges
  • Bonus points if you have some interest in weight lifting, calisthenics training or anything where you can track reps and sets

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the marketing department, define growth strategy, find new opportunities and scale the business.
  • Running strategy of content marketing team, including continuous SEO improvements
  • Paid Acquisition: Facebook / TikTok / Google acquisition management
  • Explore new growth strategies: partnerships, affiliate, paid content marketing, etc.
  • Optimising our end-to-end funnels, including conversion rate optimisation, ASO, product funnels etc.
  • Working with design team or agency to produce advertising creatives for marketing campaigns
